The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts from Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Executing the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Managing store price changes and signage installation, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensuring planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Providing peak coverage as needed and performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas with hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required to maintain a safe environment.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull loads up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Occasional overhead lifting, standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Effective communication skills and ability to complete training.
