Part-time School Social Worker for a 36-week contract in Putnam, CT. Provide social work services to high-school students and support teachers, staff, and families. Earn up to $60 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive social work services to students in grades 9-12
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop support plans
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and case management
Connecticut School Social Worker license (071 certification) or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of school social work experience
Familiarity with grades 9-12
Caseload management of around 15 students
Proficiency with standard EMRs
Sociocultural competence
Soft skills such as communication, empathy, and patience
Background check clearance

You hold a Connecticut School Social Worker license. You have one year of high school social work experience. You excel in counseling, crisis intervention, and case management
