Je voert begeleiding uit, motiveert bewoners en stimuleert zelfstandigheid. Je krijgt een contract conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg met een bruto maandsalaris van €3.052 tot €4.262 op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.
