We invite you to join our team for a full-time position supporting daily mall operations. You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In This Role- Provide support to the mall Management Team, assisting with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Track employee time
- Scan and organize documents for digital records
- Manage scheduling and calendaring tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Hourly Range: $18‑20

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Compare and Redline features in Microsoft Word
- Strong data entry skills
- Skilled in 10-Key data entry
- Advanced internet research skills
- Experience with JD Edwards or ERP Systems
- Associate’s Degree preferred
