** Office Administrator (Level

C)
** to join the
** Fabrication Team.
** As an Office Administrator you will support multiple manufacturing sites in
** Auburn, WA and Puyallup, WA.
** This role will support Fabrication leaders across 3 business units:
Skin and Spar, Composite Manufacturing and Engineering and will require travel between 3 office locations in the Auburn / Puyallup area.

* ** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
** 4+ years’ experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports4+ years’ experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for senior level management4+ years’ experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
** Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities from multiple sources
