Highlights of the Regional Director of Sales Position:- Bachler's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or related field
- Proven success in sales management and leadership with exceptional customer service skills
- 3+ years’ experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Above average presentation skills including interactions with managers, clients, customers and the general public
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to 120,00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.(all
