• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or related field
• Proven success in sales management and leadership with exceptional customer service skills
• 3+ years’ experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Above average presentation skills including interactions with managers, clients, customers and the general public
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
