• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and uphold licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state educational requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, passionate, and at least 18.

• Position-based compensation:
  Lead Teacher $20.33–$21.11 (bi-weekly or daily pay options).
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) for full-time employees; limited medical for part-time.
