As a Brass Instructor at Ted Brown Music, you will provide one‑on‑one lessons to students ranging from beginners to advanced, guiding them in both musical technique and artistic expression. You’ll teach a diverse group of students, including those pursuing music careers and those looking to enjoy music as a fulfilling hobby.

• Teach private lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Provide personalized instruction tailored to each student’s goals, whether for professional development or personal enrichment.
• Cultivate a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and musical exploration.
• Provide guidance to students aspiring to pursue careers in music and those seeking to deepen their musical knowledge for enjoyment.
• Flexibility to expand availability based on demand.

• Proven experience as a brass instructor, with a strong background in teaching children and adults.
• Proven experience with trumpet, trombone, french horn or tuba.
• A passion for music education and the ability to inspire students.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor teaching methods to individual learning styles.
• Ability to create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere that fosters artistic growth.
• Completion of a criminal background check upon hire.
