As we continue to grow throughout the Tacoma area, we’re seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Marketing & Client Engagement Associates. This entry-level role is perfect for those eager to start a career in marketing and sales while working toward leadership and management opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients across wireless, home services, and renewable energy campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage directly with customers to present products, explain benefits, and close sales.
• Build brand awareness and drive enrollment in client programs through interactive events and retail promotions.
• Help customers identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with retail partners to enhance visibility and promotional opportunities.
• Learn to manage your own territory while developing leadership and team management skills.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Positive, goal-oriented, and professional mindset.

Position Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs for event setups and promotional materials.

💼 This is an entry-level position with starting pay ranging from $40,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
