Member Services Representative

Overview

Join Core Development & Management as a Member Services Representative and deliver a superior customer experience at Planet Fitness.

• Greet members and guests, answer inquiries, and provide assistance as they enter and exit the club.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and uphold the Judgement Free Zone® policies.
• Resolve member concerns, perform membership functions (sign‑ups, cancellations, billing updates), and collect unpaid balances.
• Answer phones, perform prospective member calls and tours, and execute retail transactions with accuracy.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contributing to club monthly and yearly targets.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, reset rooms, and ensure all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance issues and assist with facility upkeep.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continual standing, moving, and lifting up to 75 lb.
• Frequent cleaning, sanitizing, and occasional exposure to chemicals.

Base pay: $17.00 /hr – $22.00 /hr (actual pay based on skills & experience).
