RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DETAILS

Personal Care Assistance and Services such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating

Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, and activities (must have valid DL & Insurance)

Medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation

Preparing nutritious meals and shopping for groceries or other essentials

Light housekeeping

Protective supervision

Social interaction/behavior modification activities as directed by the Plan of Care.

Assist with range of motion

Report and Document any changes in client’s condition to Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

Must be Certified as a CNA (Nursing Assistant Certification or HCA (Home Care Aide) in the State of Washington

Must be able to provide proof of valid Driver's license and Auto Insurance

Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical, and mental health

Open to help with personal care

Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning

Trained in specialized areas of care, for example, geriatrics, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease

Open to working around pets and smoking

Available for consistent shifts throughout the Pierce County area
-Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, Gig Harbor and surrounding areas
