Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Ortho
Location: Puyallup, WA
Start Date: 09/15/2025
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Days | 36 Hours Guaranteed (expectation up to 40)

Human Edge Health is seeking a motivated Travel PT for an outpatient orthopedic assignment in Puyallup, Washington. This role offers a consistent caseload, structured productivity goals, and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Details:

• 13-week contract

• Monday–Friday, day shifts

• 36 hours guaranteed/week (expectation up to 40 hours)

• OT must be pre-approved by director

• No floating required

• Productivity: ~60 visits/week

• Patient load: 12–14 patients/day (double-booking of follow-ups expected)

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program

• Current WA PT license

• Outpatient ortho experience preferred

• New grads and first-time travelers welcome
