On-site Attendant

Home Towne Studios by Red Roof in Puyallup is seeking a reliable and customer-focused On-Site Guest Service Representative to provide overnight guest support. This position is responsible for handling after-hours guest inquiries, assisting late-arriving guests with check-in, and serving as the primary overnight point of contact for the property.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous during guest interactions.

• Assist late-arriving guests with check-in procedures.
• Verify reservations and assign guestrooms.
• Process payments and required registration information.
• Respond to after-hours phone calls and guest inquiries.
• Provide information regarding hotel amenities, policies, and local area services.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitor the front desk area and remain available for guest assistance during the overnight shift.
• Communicate any significant guest issues or property concerns to management for follow-up.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain organized and presentable.
• Follow established emergency and safety procedures when necessary.
