• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor’s preferred)

• Technological Aptitude: Operate iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office, POS, and member‑management systems

• 8‑to‑12‑week training program culminating in Assistant Manager status after a successful 60‑to‑90‑day review
• Pay during training: $15.74/hr
• Post‑review Assistant Manager pay: $17.10/hr
