Injection Operator; Nights

• Responsible for overall preparation, set‑up, starting, and running injection equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments to injection equipment as directed; no mechanical work without prior approval.
• Accurately complete and update information forms and logs such as Injection preform, cap daily log, destruction logs, and quality forms.
• Recognize unsafe conditions and follow plant safety rules, including safe lifting practices and safe machine operations; use personal protective equipment where required.
• Perform visual and mechanical quality checks to ensure production meets quality standards.
• Maintain general housekeeping in all production areas, including break rooms and rest rooms.
• Identify differences between Vpet, Rpet, and HDPE resins; determine parts safe for grinding and reintroduction to the resin system.
• Accurately fill inspection sheets and report all quality defects immediately.
• Work in multiple production areas with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required.
• Troubleshoot minor production equipment issues; collaborate with maintenance team as necessary.
• Use computer systems such as Shot Scope, Electirc
  80, Ignition, and others.
• Understand line flow and manufacturing process to maximize throughput.
• Communicate issues clearly and concisely.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work 12‑hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4 years experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 years experience working in a similar position.
  • 2 years experience managing people or projects.

Pay Rate Type:
Hourly $23.52 – $31.16 per hour.
