Schedule: 4:00pm - 1:30am

Pay: $18.50

Machine Operator - Capping/Flanger/Sewing

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew fabric components while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate industrial sewing and flanging machines safely and efficiently.

• Sew fabric components according to specifications and work instructions.

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Maintain stitch quality, alignment, and production standards.

• Report equipment issues or material defects.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean.

• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.

• Previous industrial sewing machine experience preferred.

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Basic measuring and math skills.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
