** Multi Care Cancer Institute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical oncology team in a 0.5 FTE, shift-based role supporting weekend coverage. This position focuses on triage, symptom management, and inpatient support, providing vital continuity of care for oncology patients while offering a predictable schedule and meaningful work–life balance.

** Multi Care Cancer Institute is a physician-led, multispecialty oncology network delivering comprehensive hematology/oncology, radiation, surgical, and supportive cancer care. We diagnose and treat 6,000+ new cancer cases annually across Washington — from Tacoma to Olympia, Spokane, and Yakima. Our teams and advanced programs are building a destination cancer center for the Pacific Northwest, offering:

** Tiered Compensation based on APP YOE:
