Your Role:
- Provide care based on a physician-approved plan
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Document nursing actions and patient outcomes in real time
- Educate patients and families on care techniques and wellness
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive support

✅ What You’ll Need:
- Valid LPN license (WA or Compact state)
- Strong attention to detail & clinical judgment
- Confident communicator with a patient-first mindset
- Tech-comfortable with EMR systems
- Home health or pediatric experience a plus – not required
