Multi Care Cancer Institute | Puyallup, Washington FTE: 0.5 | 10-hour shifts | Fri–Mon, every other week Make an impact on weekends. Build a career built for balance. Multi Care Cancer Institute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical oncology team in a 0.5 FTE, shift-based role supporting weekend coverage. This position focuses on triage, symptom management, and inpatient support, providing vital continuity of care for oncology patients while offering a predictable schedule and meaningful work‑life balance.

• 10-hour shifts — work Fri–Mon every other week
• Balanced, half-time FTE with stability + meaningful impact
• Core responsibilities include symptom management, weekend triage, and inpatient support
• Collaborative environment working alongside 20+ hematology/oncology providers
• Opportunity to support acutely ill patients during high-need windows

Tiered Compensation based on APP YOE:

0-4 YOE: $85,500.00

5-9 YOE: $88,200.00

10+ YOE: $90,900.00
