Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of a property portfolio
- Support senior property managers in tenant communications, inspections and maintenance coordination.
- Help manage lease agreements, renewals and tenant onboarding.
- Conduct site visits and support property showings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- On‑Site in Puyallup, WA (M-F)
- 1‑2 years of experience in property management or real estate field (preferred).
- Strong Communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for building long‑term professional relationships and working collaboratively with a commercial real estate team.
