Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of a property portfolio
  • Support senior property managers in tenant communications, inspections and maintenance coordination.
  • Help manage lease agreements, renewals and tenant onboarding.
  • Conduct site visits and support property showings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • On‑Site in Puyallup, WA (M-F)
  • 1‑2 years of experience in property management or real estate field (preferred).
  • Strong Communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for building long‑term professional relationships and working collaboratively with a commercial real estate team.
