Base: $69-73k + bonus + benefits that start the first of the month after you start
We close at 10:00, 9:00 on Sundays. Dinner only except Fri - Sunday
Experience required: Minimum 2 current years overseeing dinner kitchen shifts as sous or akm in a full service restaurant that does at least 1500 covers per week and fabricates all proteins (steak cutting required)?
