As an Applebee’s Server, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You will greet patrons, offer recommendations, anticipate guest needs, and provide exceptional service. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, and be committed to making a positive impact on the dining experience.

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift safely for extended periods of up to four (4) hours. Must comfortably reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds, transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining area, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings, masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
