As a Lot Attendant, you’ll get hands‑on exposure to the sales department, the inventory, the customer flow, and the everyday operations of a high-performing dealership. This is the perfect launchpad for someone ready to take the first step toward an exciting career in automotive sales.

This role sets the foundation for moving into sales—learning products, customer needs, and dealership operations.

• Learn the Sales Environment – Work closely with Sales Consultants and managers to understand how deals are made
• Support the Team – Assist customers and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Master the Inventory – Move, organize, and track vehicles so you become familiar with the Dodge, Jeep & Ram lineup
• Prep Vehicles – Wash, vacuum, and prepare cars for display and delivery
• Keep the Lot Sharp – Maintain a clean, professional lot and showroom
• Step In Where Needed – Assist with dealer trades, deliveries, and other tasks

• Competitive Pay: $37,000 – $70,000 annually

• High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clear and Valid Driver's License
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
