Customer Service Associate II – Dollar Tree Stores

Location: 3807 S Meridian Street, Puyallup, Washington

Employment Type: Part Time

As a Customer Service Associate II, you will assist with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be cross‑trained to support the cash register and can switch to front‑end duties as needed.

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floor sweeping and mopping, trash removal, and ensuring all areas are presentable
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally and friendly with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions and remaining on assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments (highly preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents (required)
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting demands with or without reasonable accommodation (required)
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills (required)
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills (required)
• High level of integrity (required)
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting (required)
