Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re looking for pop culture fans to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and help create an engaging shopping environment.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Maintain visual standards in your designated sales floor areas.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and misuse of spells (metaphorically speaking).
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.70 - $17.20 per hour. Final salary depends on education, experience, and other factors.
