Are you a salesperson that is ambitious, passionate, and a go‑getter? If you answered yes, HOTWORX Puyallup South Hill is looking for you. This role offers an hourly base pay with generous commissions & bonuses from multiple sources. The Sales Associate will be responsible for inside and outside sales; new membership sales, retaining and growing the membership base by generating and following through on leads, community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new leads, retail sales, and ongoing customer service and member engagement.

Community outreach and being outside the studio promoting HOTWORX will be a big part of this job. Ideally you are someone who is tied into the community and willing to do what it takes.

• Looking for a long‑term part‑time position of 10‑20 hours per week with capability for additional hours as needed.

• Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Conduct professional guest follow‑up and member communications via email, text, and phone.
• Complete daily studio cleaning activities.
