Overview

Pacific Standard Time Zone preferred. Growing Independent Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. Insurance Experience IS required. We prefer Pacific Standard Time Zone.

Role

This role will be focusing on servicing clients needs as it relates to their policies. Policy Reviews, Endorsement Council, Engagement Activities, Cross Sell, etc. The role offers considerable growth and earning potential, as we have both sales commission and bonus opportunities in addition to our base pay.

Account Manager Responsibilities
  • Perform essential functions according to the standard operating procedures developed by the agency and industry standards.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail oriented and excel in follow through.
  • Effectively work in a team environment, promoting a professional, courteous and supportive environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures.
  • Process high volume transactions in a fast paced customer service environment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, a College Degree is a plus.
  • 2 or more years customer service experience in the insurance industry is Required.
  • Must be able to obtain or have (and maintain) a Washington Property & Casualty License.
