• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in our CRM.
• Stay informed on Volkswagen products, incentives, and current inventory.
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
