The HVAC Installation Technician reports to the Installation Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVAC installation jobs for commercial and residential customers. Customer-facing activities require traits such as decisiveness, initiative, tact, judgment, integrity, dependability, and effective communication skills. Job-related contact can occur with all demographic groups, primarily with customers, team members, and suppliers.

Need to be available to work:
Full-Time, 4 10-hour days, up to $100,000+ per year based on experience.

Representative duties include:

• Serving as a member of the Installation team to conduct HVAC installation jobs efficiently and timely.
• Performing routine HVAC installation activities independently.
• Supporting the IAQ and Service Departments with non-installation work as assigned.
• Performing duties as directed by the Installation Manager.

Job Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to interpret manufacturers' installation instructions and communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Physical ability to perform all duties under WA conditions.
• Interest and initiative in maintaining HVACR skills through self-study, training, workshops, and professional development.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by Serenity Air's insurance within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressures, schedule demands, weather conditions, and varying customer needs.

For Journeyman:

• Graduate of a post-secondary HVACR program of at least two years.
• One or more years of full-time HVAC experience as a service or installation technician.
