• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation plan within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Problem-solve for each customer with empathy, recommending efficient and innovative pest management solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior property and perform required actions; training provided.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss additional services as appropriate.
• Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

• Competitive earnings starting at $19 to $23 per hour, including a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Safely use ladders within weight capacity; occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE which may include OSHA-compliant respirators; willing to work in various weather conditions.
