Auto Body Technician - Three- Weekends

Fix Auto Puyallup is hiring an Auto Body Technician. We’re a modern, busy shop, so the work keeps coming and your hours stay flagged. Skip the commute up 167 and the weekend shifts and put your skills to work close to home.

Murray’s Collision Group has been family-owned and serving the Puget Sound since 1984. We’re big enough to offer real benefits and small enough that your name and your work matter.

• Three-day weekends. A 4x10 schedule, and you never work a weekend shift. Prefer five days? Work Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• No cap on earnings. Techs here earn $90,000 to $110,000 a year on flat rate, based on skill, quality and experience. A tech in the middle of our range who flags 2 hours for every hour worked can earn close to $100,000 a year on a 40-hour week.
• Steady volume. A busy shop means a consistent flow of work.
• I-CAR training. Keep your skills current on today’s vehicles.
• Real benefits. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401(k) with a 2% match, paid holidays plus PTO.

• Structural repair, welding and sheet metal work
• Restore vehicles to OEM specs using frame and measuring equipment
• Repair aluminum and electric vehicles by OEM procedures
• Disassemble, reassemble and document repairs

Hit repair deadlines without cutting corners

• 1+ year of collision repair experience
• I-CAR welding skills and frame and measuring experience
• The organization to manage several repairs at once
• Your own tools, in good working order
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Murray’s Collision Group is an equal opportunity employer.
