Recreational Sports

Cascade Christian Schools invites candidates to join our Elementary Athletics as Recreational Sports Support Staff. This hands‑on role supports coaches, referees, athletes, and families by helping with game‑day setup, operations, scorekeeping, refereeing, and takedown. The position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, well‑organized, and Christ‑centered athletic environment.

• Fall – Soccer, Cross Country
• Winter – Basketball, Wrestling
• Spring – Volleyball, Flag Football, Baseball, Track & Field

• Weave Cascade Christian Schools' guiding principles into all endeavors.
• Assist with setting up and taking down athletic equipment before and after games (nets, hoops, goals, tables, score clocks, etc.).
• Help prepare gym or field spaces, including setting up benches, signage, and water stations.
• Greet and assist teams, families, and officials as needed.
• Support coaches and referees during games with tasks such as tracking equipment, distributing balls, or handling basic logistics.
• Serve as a positive ambassador of Cascade Christian Schools by modeling respectful behavior and Christ‑like service.
• Keep athletic areas clean and organized throughout events.

• Christian role model in attitude, speech, and action.
• Agree with Cascade Christian Schools' Teaching Statement and Statement of Faith.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to serve and support in a variety of roles.
• Able to lift, carry, and set up athletic equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Enjoys working with youth and supporting a team environment.
• Available to work evenings or weekends depending on game schedules.
• Alignment with Cascade Christian Schools' mission and values.
• Must pass a background check clearance.
• First‑aid and CPR certified or willing to receive and pass certification training.
