Highway Specialties is an established and growing Northwest leader in traffic control safety equipment sales and rentals. As the Equipment Associate, you will assist operations by performing equipment maintenance and repairs and making sure all rolling stock is in good working order and ready to rent.

• Understand the basic operations of all equipment that Highway Specialties rents and or sells.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs of all rolling stock equipment.
• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Provide quick action on time‑sensitive issues.
• Gain further product knowledge and learn industry terms.

• Perform inventory counts.
• Assist customers picking up orders and returning products.
• Create customer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record and ability to be insured
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
