General Manager – 11416 Canyon Road E

The following general description applies to all hourly store team members.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
• Provide orientation and training on the job.

• Basic math skills; add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills; give correct written instructions; communicate with customers and co‑workers.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry, push, pull, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Adaptability to varying temperature conditions (36°F–90°F) and exposure to weather, food odors, and cornmeal dust.

• Standing, walking, and sitting required for most tasks.
• Work surfaces between 36” and 48” high.
• Bulk deliveries may weigh up to 50 lbs; use of hand truck and forklifts as needed.
• Push/pull trays up to 30” on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force.
• Navigate stairs, ladders, and cramped areas when necessary.
• Exposure to hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Vision, hearing, and depth perception required for in‑store tasks.

• Deliver product by car to customer doors, flyers, and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle are required.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Physical demands for delivery include carrying, walking, climbing, and driving within the designated area.
