Compensation
Pay Range: $23.85 - $27.85 per hour.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid at times ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Essential Job Functions- Complete deliveries and pickups on assigned city counter routes accurately, efficiently, safely, and courteously.
- Deliver store orders via company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
- Communicate with city counter management concerning parts delivery to stores.
- Manage delivery/pickup forms for company stores, city counter, and external vendors.
- Maintain the O’Reilly delivery vehicle according to company policy.
- Deliver all orders accurately to correct locations.
- Follow specific route schedules and times set forth by supervisor.
- Perform quality checks of loads before loading to ensure correct parts are pulled for stores and that all parts are accounted for.
- Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.
- As trainer, conduct DC target training program per schedule and ensure documentation is complete.
- All other duties as assigned by DC Management team.
- Clean driving record with appropriate state license.
- Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.
- Professional appearance and a positive, respectful attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous driving experience.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
