This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.
Job Details:
- $0.54-$0.58 cents per mile
- No touch stop pay: $30 per stop
- Driver assist stop pay: $45 per stop
- Doubles loads: $25 per load
- Outsource work: $200-$400 per day
- New hire training pay: $20 per hour. $30 per hour for overtime
- Holiday pay: $300 per day
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $92,000
- Daily home time
- Onsite management
- Paid online orientation
