Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Pwllheli, Gwynedd, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to help deliver a safe, caring service for people we support. You will work alongside the Service Manager, lead the team, and help run day-to-day operations, including appraisals and meetings.
You’ll be visible on shift, support positive relationships with stakeholders, and promote our person-centred, flexible approach to achieve independence for those we support.
