Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales) is recruiting Band 5 Community Nurses for a fixed-term 9-month maternity cover within the District Nursing Service. Roles include progression paths to Band 6 District Nurse, Chronic Condition Case Manager, or Nurse Practitioner via modular training.
Ability to travel across Anglesey and Gwynedd is required;
Welsh language ability is desirable. We offer development and training opportunities, and encourage applications in Welsh or English.
