Senior Accountant - Lusail, Qatar

We are currently hiring for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Monitor and analyze monthly budget vs. actual expenses
• Prepare financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Identify areas for cost reduction and implement efficient processes
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant or related role
• Proficient in using accounting software such as Quickbooks or SAP
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malayalam or Arabic is preferred
• Visa sponsorship is available for non-Qatari candidates

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but visa sponsorship will be available for the right candidate. This is an urgent requirement, so we are looking for candidates who can join immediately.
