Accountant, Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

We are a growing financial services company in Lusail seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in managing complex financial records and providing accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills. As a Senior Accountant you will oversee the accounting operations of our company and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

This is an urgent position offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, with a free visa and ticket for Kenyan nationals.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage financial records including accounts payable and receivable, general ledgers, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate financial reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Train and mentor junior accountants.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks or Sage.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior accountants is preferred.
