Overview
Office Assistant (English Speaking) —
Location:
Lusail, Qatar. Nationality Preference:
Pakistani or African.
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, order new supplies when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of important documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the office
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills
Preference will be given to candidates of Pakistani or African nationality. Experience with biometric passport systems will be considered an asset. If you are a proactive individual with a positive attitude towards work, we encourage you to apply for this position.
