Administrative Manager Vacancy in Lusail, Qatar

Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administration Manager to join our team in Lusail. As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative operations of the company. This includes managing office supplies, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and supervising administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all administrative operations of the company
  • Manage office supplies and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Organize meetings and take minutes when necessary
  • Handle correspondence and manage company emails
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
  • Monitor budgets and expenses related to administrative functions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements
  • Handle any issues or concerns that may arise from employees or clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making abilities
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Knowledge of legal requirements related to administrative functions
