Part-Time Staff Assistant

We are seeking a part-time staff assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals, with no English language proficiency required. As a staff assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the supervisor
- Perform basic data entry and record keeping tasks

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian or Pakistani national living in Lusail, Qatar
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi or Urdu are required
- Must have a biometric passport for easy access to the office premises
- Ability to work part-time hours (flexible schedule)
