Staff assistant

Administrative Assistant - Lusail, Qatar

We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is open to Indian and Pakistani nationals and does not require proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a staff assistant and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a staff assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills in Hindi or Urdu (English proficiency is not required)
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Willingness to work in Lusail with accommodation provided
