Position: Project Secretary (DC) Project Assistant
Location: Lusail

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Secretary (DC) / Project Assistant to join our team in Lusail. This role will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and contribute to their successful completion.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of project-related activities, meetings, and schedules.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Implement and oversee document control (DC) procedures to ensure proper filing and retrieval of project information.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up communications.
  • Liaise with internal team members and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Manage project‑related travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Support the creation and updating of project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of project deliverables and presentations.
  • Maintain and update project databases and filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support the project team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a project secretary or project assistant.
  • Experience in document control (DC) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Demonstrated time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
