Office Administrator/ Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to support their administrative needs and manage day-to‑day office tasks, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all administrative tasks within the office
- Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory for the office
- Create and maintain efficient filing systems
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Power Point - Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1500$ per month
