We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is open to Indian nationals with the required skills and experience. Women are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative support as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of office equipment (eg printers, copiers, and computer systems) and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Salary: $1300 per month.
