Overview
We are currently hiring for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This role will involve providing administrative support to our team and ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with project coordination and other administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.
