As an Administrative Assistant at our company in Lusail you will be responsible for providing support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry
- Organizing company events and coordinating travel arrangements
- Providing general administrative support to staff as needed
- Indian national with preference for those without English proficiency or prior experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
